Dr. Eriksmoen is a lecturer in the field of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dentistry, and he is an investigator in an FDA Clinical Trial, studying Migraine headache prevention. He is active in numerous dental organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Association of Hospital Dentists, the Academy of Dentistry for the Handicapped, the American Society for Geriatric Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  He is also on staff at Hoag Hospital. Furthermore, Dr. Eriksmoen is a member of an ongoing continuing education seminar on Cosmetic, Reconstructive, and Implant Dentistry, he has served twice as Chairman of Continuing Education, he has chaired several other committees for the Orange County Dental Society, and he has been a Peer Review examiner since 1994.

Dr. John P. "Jack" Eriksmoen has enjoyed practicing dentistry in Newport Beach since 1971. He was born and raised in Glendale, California, and he graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1967. He subsequently served on the USC. faculty as an Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics, and in 1987 he was honored as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
